Change Management Manager
A company is looking for a Change Management Manager to lead change management strategies for their Corporate HR Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of change management practitioners and guide change management processes
Establish execution strategies and ensure alignment with industry standards and methodologies
Research and implement new change management methodologies, concepts, and best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum eleven years of experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
At least two years of leadership experience in a management role
OR a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Prior experience managing direct reports is preferred
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or Kotter) is advantageous
