A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial vision and execution of the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting and audits Structure and negotiate partnership contracts and manage MDC's revenue portfolio Qualifications Minimum of 15-20 years of leadership experience, with prior C-suite experience preferred Deep knowledge of budgeting principles, financial modeling, and business analysis Experience with revenue-based business models and equity partnerships is a plus Proven success in negotiating complex contracts and managing strategic relationships Familiarity with fintech ecosystems or credit union environments is desirable
