Key Responsibilities
Create and implement new talent management programs and processes
Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that provide measurable value
Research industry best practices and recommend improvements to talent practices and programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of related experience in human resources or talent management
Experience in organizational development, change management, or project management preferred
Ability to create and deliver presentation materials effectively
Experience managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional project teams
