Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of performance management and talent processes, utilizing HRIS platforms and exploring AI enhancements
Research and pilot AI-driven tools to improve talent practices and automate processes
Consult with People Business Partners to align talent initiatives with business needs and manage cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications:
6+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, or Talent Management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to manage projects from concept to implementation
Experience analyzing data and leveraging AI-driven insights for decision-making
Highly organized and proficient in project management tools
Strong interest in applying AI to HR and Talent Management
