Client Services Representative
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their Contact Center team. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company, the customer base, and patients Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet Notify clients of test results and ensure accuracy in reporting Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Previous experience in a customer service role Experience in a contact center environment is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
