Client Success Operations Lead
A company is looking for a Client Success Operations Lead who will oversee and manage internal department functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the Client Success team by ensuring process and knowledge management best practices are implemented and improved
Develops relationships with key functional areas and leads cross-team initiatives to completion
Manages core Client Success functions including client report delivery, inquiry management, and SOP oversight
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in client success, sales operations, account management, or project management
Bachelor's degree required
Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Positive reputation and credibility among peers in building and maintaining relationships
Experience with health plan client operations is preferable
