Client Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and service to clients using their software platform. Key Responsibilities Maintain and respond to support/task tickets in the help desk system Own client requests from start to finish while keeping stakeholders updated Create and improve internal and external support documentation Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in software support and/or onboarding services in a SaaS organization Expertise in managing support ticket queues and driving timely resolutions Experience interacting with clients and managing client data Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and issue tracking software Experience in technical troubleshooting on SaaS platforms is preferred
