Client Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing relationships and service delivery to clients for assigned accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for employer/group clients and coordinate with internal teams and pharmacy providers
Work independently and may act as a resource for others while addressing ongoing service needs
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of pharmacy experience
2+ years of experience with pharmacy rate setting
2+ years of customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm EST
