A company is looking for a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of project management from initiation to completion Work with clients to prepare project scope, budget, schedule, and quality control measures Direct project delivery teams and ensure project documentation and data integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset Ability to perform complex financial calculations
