Key Responsibilities
Answer clinical-related questions regarding the use of MatrixCare Home Health and Hospice applications
Diagnose and resolve customer clinical questions or problems through telephone or electronic communication
Document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions for a knowledge base and track inbound support requests
Required Qualifications and Education
Home health or hospice clinical experience is required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to solve clinical problems on a home health & hospice software product
Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
