A company is looking for a Software Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support and engineering services to enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the direct contact and adviser for customer inquiries regarding Ceph Storage and OpenShift Data Foundations Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving a variety of technical issues Collaborate with engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction Required Qualifications Solid Linux experience at RHCSA or RHCE level Excellent system administration skills and experience in technical support or customer-facing roles Strong knowledge of containers and Software Defined Storage systems, specifically Ceph or OpenShift Data Foundations Knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus Ability to work as part of a team with a customer-centric focus
