Key Responsibilities: Manage program delivery and installation of replacement feedwater heaters, optimizing costs for the client Oversee governance and execution of all workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met Serve as primary customer contact, managing negotiations and maintaining relationships throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant business area; MBA preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in major project delivery or EPC management at commercial nuclear facilities Program Management Professional certificate preferred Strong nuclear/industrial safety mindset Experience working in a matrix organization and interfacing with executives
