A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Product Specialist who will lead and manage Commercial P&C products. Key Responsibilities Drive product enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives Ensure compliance of all forms and facilitate necessary changes across all states Provide education and training to sales teams, underwriters, and external partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related discipline; MBA preferred CPCU, CIC, or equivalent certification highly desirable At least 8 years of Product Management experience with increasing responsibility Expert knowledge in financial services operations and implications for new products Proven ability to form long-term relationships and negotiate effectively
