Key Responsibilities
Drive partnership acquisition efforts targeting higher education institutions, employers, and professional associations
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outreach, campaigns, and relationship-building
Lead all stages of the business development lifecycle, including market research, proposal development, and negotiation
Qualifications
7+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in higher education or B2B environments
Proven success in securing institutional partnerships with measurable outcomes
Experience navigating decision-making structures within colleges and large employers
Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
