A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse (RN). Key Responsibilities Monitor assigned phone lines during service hours to ensure timely response for caller needs Triage all symptom-based calls and provide recommendations according to approved triage protocols Develop and update care plans while coordinating services with acute care settings and pharmacies Required Qualifications Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a compact state RN license Clinical experience with individuals having intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders One year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
