Contact Center Support Operator
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to appropriate destinations using established metrics and productivity standards Process on-call provider requests and handle emergency calls while following prescribed protocols Provide information to the public and perform data entry tasks related to patient information and contact directories Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of call or contact center experience or 2 years of customer service experience Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred Ability to handle stressful situations and function under pressure
