Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead the Accounting and Reporting Team through quarterly and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with accounting matters by collaborating with other departments and overseeing SEC and statutory reporting Maintain internal controls, liaise with external auditors, and support team members in their professional development Required Qualifications 12+ years of related experience in accounting or reporting and/or public accounting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience Certified Public Accountant licensure (CPA) SEC Reporting experience 2+ years of experience with US-based insurance companies
