CPA Licensed Tax Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Tax. Key Responsibilities Support the Corporate Head of Tax in preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions and disclosures Manage corporate income tax filings and compliance, including leading the transition to in-house preparation Oversee estimated tax preparation and payments for federal, state, and local taxes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; JD or LLM in Taxation is a plus Preferred: Master's, MBA in Taxation, or similar graduate degree; CPA certification in good standing required At least 8 years of progressive experience in SEC-registrant corporate income tax or public accounting Strong experience in multi-state taxation, ASC 740, and corporate income tax compliance required
