Key Responsibilities
Communicate with business partners via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and issues
Analyze information to provide solutions and assist with troubleshooting and account origination issues
Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Related practice experience and/or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Weekend availability required
Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours
