Creative Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Creative Operations Studio Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary creative services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily functions of the Creative Production Studio, ensuring high performance and compliance with client mandates
Manage staffing, onboarding, and professional development to enhance team productivity and retention
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on processes and deliverables, serving as a point of escalation for project-related concerns
Required Qualifications
BA in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in creative and/or marketing services
At least 5 years of management experience, preferably with a multi-shore delivery model
Experience managing large teams (20+ direct and indirect reports) preferred
Familiarity with project management tools like Figma & Adobe Workfront is preferred
