Key Responsibilities
Develop undergraduate courses for a Food Business and Culinary Entrepreneurship program
Advise on and create curricula in collaboration with an academic dean and learning experience designer
Ensure course content covers food preparation, safety, menu planning, and sustainable ingredient sourcing
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's minimum) or professional credential in culinary arts or a related field
Extensive experience with a broad range of culinary techniques
Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices
Willingness to utilize generative AI tools for enhancing learning and performance
Ability to operate a personal computer and associated software efficiently
