Curatorial Assistant

A company is looking for a Part-Time Curatorial Assistant to support its curatorial team in the research, planning, and execution of contemporary art exhibitions. Key Responsibilities: Provide research support for artists, exhibitions, and programs, including developing research briefs and bibliographies Assist with material and logistical research for exhibitions, including installations and loans Organize and maintain curatorial records and manage communications for the curatorial team Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Museum Studies, Curatorial Studies, Arts Administration, or related field 1 to 3 years of experience in a gallery, artist studio, museum, or exhibition production setting Knowledge of contemporary art and current artistic practices Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professionalism in working with artists, curators, and collaborators
