Customer Account Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Account Configuration Specialist who will assist in system configuration and updates to enhance customer success. Key Responsibilities Guide new customers through initial account configuration during the implementation process Provide ongoing account support for post-implementation customers, including updates to configuration and data management Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to account support and implementation functions Required Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in customer account configuration and service, preferably in a SaaS HR company Strong understanding of relational databases Proficient in Excel and Google Suite products Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data Familiarity with HR/compensation practices is a plus
