Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Success Platform to ensure strong adoption across the team
Develop enablement assets to assist Customer Success Managers in supporting their clients
Analyze engagement and performance data to inform team priorities and improve customer engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success Operations, or Enablement, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Catalyst
Proven ability to manage processes and tools effectively
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on identifying and solving operational challenges
Experience with digital success or scaled engagement programs is a plus
