Customer Communication Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Part Time/Remote - Customer Communication Dispatch II Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of service requests Monitor dispatch systems to facilitate quick responses to customer requests and communicate with field personnel Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred Prior dispatch or call taker experience is a plus Strong PC literacy and data entry skills Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekends
