Customer Experience CRM Leader
A company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management and Digital Enablement Leader - Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform to enhance customer interactions
Leads and mentors a team of CRM specialists, providing guidance and support for professional growth
Analyzes CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum of 10 years of sales enablement experience, with a preference for CRM management
Master's Degree strongly preferred
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of relevant experience is considered
Proven leadership experience required; management experience preferred
