A company is looking for a Customer Insights Senior Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on customer sentiment and behavior Provide thought leadership and strategic consulting on design principles and best practices Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a long-term VoC strategy Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 10 or more years of experience in a relevant field (Preferred) Supervisory responsibilities included Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Strong project management skills required
