Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary contributing member of the Audits department and lead auditor for performance measure validation audits Manage multiple client contracts and mentor junior staff Conduct research, prepare project deliverables, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality improvement activities Required Qualifications Master's degree in business, science, or a healthcare-related field At least seven years of work experience in healthcare and a minimum of ten years of overall work experience Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) required At least five years of auditing experience, including four years as a lead auditor in HEDIS auditing or data validation Experience writing client reports as a lead author and managing multiple projects
