Customer Success Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for customers
Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer success and escalate at-risk customers
Maintain organized task lists and create strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Required Qualifications
Passion for delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels
Experience in a customer-facing role within a cross-functional organization
Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)
Previous experience in B2B Customer Support or Customer Success is a plus
Background in the SaaS industry or equipment maintenance is preferred
