Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of support teams, ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
7-10 years' experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and implementing managed services solutions
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Strong technical skills and customer interaction abilities
