A company is looking for a Dealer Services Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Assist potential and existing dealers with onboarding, program features, and benefits Provide accurate information during dealer calls and handle program approval and denial communications Work with existing dealers to enhance program usage and business levels Required Qualifications Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 2 years of marketing or sales experience Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software; experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents Basic mathematical skills for calculations such as discounts and percentages Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
