Dealer Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Specialist I to assist dealers through the onboarding process and manage dealer training programs. Key Responsibilities Assist potential and existing dealers with onboarding, program features, and benefits Provide accurate information during dealer calls and document necessary details in operating systems Conduct program approval and denial calls while responding to dealer and internal communication requests Required Qualifications Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR 2 years of marketing or sales experience Ability to read and interpret scientific, technical, and financial documents Capability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies Proficiency in basic algebra and geometry for calculations Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
