A company is looking for a Senior Associate - SEC Reporting. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements and adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Prepare 10-Q, 10-K, and other SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote disclosures Handle documentation and testing of internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA completed or in progress 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with SEC reporting experience Experience preparing footnote disclosures and accounting memos Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
