Account Manager Assistant
A company is looking for an Account Manager Assistant to support the Operations Team with administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Account Executives and the Price Transparency/No Surprises Act Team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of the team
Assist in maintaining client information and preparing meeting materials
Required Qualifications
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or customer support roles
General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, and Revenue Codes
Basic understanding of CMS regulations regarding Price Transparency and the No Surprise Act
High School Diploma or GED required
