Developer Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer to provide technical support and improve the developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical support owner, triaging and resolving technical issues across APIs, SDKs, and product integrations
Collaborate with engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs and product feedback from developer interactions
Create and maintain technical resources, including troubleshooting guides and code samples, to assist developers
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, developer success, or software engineering
Strong programming and debugging skills, ideally in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
Proactive and customer-obsessed mindset focused on developer success
Ability to build strong relationships with engineers and product managers
Bonus: Familiarity with authentication, crypto wallets, Web3 infrastructure, or fintech APIs
