Developer Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join their Developer Support Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve developer- and admin-related support cases involving scripting, automation, API, OAuth/SSO, and third-party integrations
Collaborate with senior engineers to triage high-complexity cases and develop solutions for ambiguous technical issues
Maintain internal documentation and reusable support content to enhance the resolution of recurring issues
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in advanced technical support, developer relations, or a similar customer-facing role
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth flows, and JSON
Experience troubleshooting and debugging workflows using relevant tools
Eagerness to grow expertise in enterprise admin tooling and developer surfaces
Proactive in identifying gaps in documentation and internal processes
