A company is looking for a Senior Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical accounting expert, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Research and prepare technical memos for complex transactions and implement relevant accounting standards Support M&A transactions and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to address accounting impacts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting Active CPA or equivalent qualification 10+ years of public accounting and/or related industry experience Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with public company earnings releases and SEC filings Familiarity with SOX-compliant environments and experience with systems like Netsuite and Workiva
