A company is looking for a Digital Campaign Analyst to manage and optimize personalized marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of hyper-personalized campaigns based on behavioral data and insights Optimize the member contact journey to ensure meaningful communication at every touchpoint Collaborate with analytics teams to continually optimize campaigns and provide insights for improvement Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar role Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, including segmentation and A/B testing A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust campaigns accordingly Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience with sales enablement and creating supporting resources is a plus
