Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, tech-driven collections strategies across various delinquency stages Oversee and refine all collections processes, including payment reminders and delinquency management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve collections and payments-related processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in collections or credit risk management, with 3+ years in a leadership role Experience with digital collections platforms and loan management systems Deep understanding of consumer credit products and Fintech regulatory landscape Hands-on experience managing dialer systems and modern data tools
