5+ years of experience managing employees in an Implementation or Project Management environment
Proven track record in onboarding Enterprise customers in a customer-facing role
Strong relationship-building skills to drive influence across the organization
Ability to make decisions in the absence of clear data and adapt to changing business needs
Experience in the HR or SaaS space is preferred
