Director of Customer Programs
A company is looking for a Director, Customer & Community Programs to lead and scale customer and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a cohesive customer & community strategy to enhance engagement
Launch and scale customer advocacy programs, including advisory boards and storytelling initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align programs with business goals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer marketing, community programs, or customer success
Proven success in building customer-facing programs from the ground up
Strong program management skills with the ability to execute high-impact initiatives
Analytical and metrics-driven approach to measuring program success
Experience in B2B SaaS environments is preferred
