Corporate Development Associate

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A - Contract role). Key Responsibilities: Act as the project lead for the M&A deal, managing all workstreams across the transaction lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional due diligence, including information gathering and data room oversight Prepare executive and board-level presentations and summaries to support decision-making Required Qualifications: 2-5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance Demonstrated experience managing or supporting M&A transactions end-to-end Strong financial modelling, strategic, and operational acumen Self-starter with the ability to manage complex processes and drive outcomes independently Proficiency with Salesforce required; familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual data rooms preferred
