Director of Go-to-Market Strategy
A company is looking for a Director, Go-to-Market & Business Strategy to manage project execution and cross-functional collaboration for product and campaign launches.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete product launch lifecycle, ensuring timelines and stakeholder alignment
Lead strategic meetings and provide updates to executive leadership on project progress and risks
Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and scalability in project management
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in project management or GTM operations in DTC, CPG, or eCommerce
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in product, finance, operations, and marketing
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with experience in developing launch templates
Experience in making data-driven decisions based on post-launch metrics
Ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency plans proactively
