A company is looking for a Director Practice Finance to support finance, growth, and operations initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with local physician practices and internal teams to drive operational decisions using financial metrics and reporting Lead the preparation of physician compensation reports, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis Oversee and improve financial processes, data flows, and automation initiatives Required Qualifications 10+ years of financial analysis and budgeting experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare services; 5+ years supervising direct reports Strong foundation in financial reporting, data modeling, and multi-source data analysis Experience with financial statements, joint venture or partnership structures Undergraduate degree preferred Proficiency in Excel and ERP/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
