Key Responsibilities: Lead reporting and outreach projects related to HEDIS and Star measures Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of critical reports Develop dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making Required Qualifications: 5+ years of analytics or data science experience 5+ years of management experience 5+ years of experience with healthcare data and reporting Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI Experience in client-facing roles or consulting
