A company is looking for a Director of Quality to lead the global strategy and operations of their Quality function. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a scalable Quality Centre of Excellence and oversee Agile Product Development projects Define and implement QA frameworks and processes to ensure high performance and consistency Develop a team-oriented culture that promotes collaboration and aligns with the company's mission and values Required Qualifications Extensive leadership experience in a Quality department within the software industry Agile certification or over 10 years of experience managing agile processes Experience leading large-scale teams of 50 or more across multiple projects and geographies Strong knowledge of Software Testing, Automation frameworks, and QA management Proven ability to develop and drive a strategic vision
