Key Responsibilities Define and lead the global Responsible AI strategy for safe and compliant AI deployment Build governance models and technical standards for advanced AI usage across the business Collaborate with senior leaders to embed ethical AI practices into enterprise workflows Required Qualifications Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in AI, data governance, or AI-related compliance roles, with 6+ years in leadership positions Deep expertise in AI/ML models, including generative AI, and knowledge of global AI regulations Track record of building AI governance frameworks from policy to implementation Experience leading cross-functional programs and engaging with regulators on tech ethics and compliance
