Analytics Team Lead

Key Responsibilities Build and lead the analytics team, managing data infrastructure and tool chain Identify relevant KPIs and develop operational dashboarding and metrics Support client, regulatory, and investor reporting while empowering operational leaders with data insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in mortgage servicing or banking Expertise in SQL; Python skills are a plus Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Strong business intuition with the ability to present data insights effectively
