Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Processing and Underwriting managers to develop high-performing teams Oversee team performance goals and ensure collaboration between Processing and Underwriting departments Own investment risk policy and participate in the Credit Committee to establish policy and resolve complex issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading processing and underwriting teams in the mortgage or lending sector 5+ years of people management experience Deep understanding of regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks Analytical expertise within Salesforce to create performance reports and dashboards Extensive title curative experience, including resolving title defects
