Equity Administration Specialist

A company is looking for an Equity Plan Administrator to manage and administer equity compensation plans. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage all aspects of the company's equity programs using the Fidelity platform Process and track equity grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations with high accuracy Ensure compliance with global and local equity regulations, tax laws, and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field 1+ years of experience in equity administration, preferably in a public or late-stage private company Strong proficiency with the Fidelity Stock Plan Services platform is required Solid understanding of equity compensation types, taxation, and compliance requirements CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation is a plus
