Key Responsibilities Advise plan sponsors on ERISA compliance for retirement and health benefit plans Draft and maintain plan documents and participant communications Represent plan sponsors in investigations, audits, and corporate transactions Required Qualifications At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice with in-house experience Deep expertise in ERISA and related federal and state laws J.D. from a nationally accredited law school State bar membership in the state of residence/practice Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
