Nevada Licensed Collections Specialist
A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1. Key Responsibilities Manage past due accounts through inbound and outbound calls Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines while negotiating payment solutions Assist in customer service operations and utilize tools for problem-solving Required Qualifications 6+ months of collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience (preferred) 6+ months of customer service experience (required) Ability to be licensed as a debt collector in Minnesota (required) Experience working in a virtual environment with minimal supervision Demonstrated computer experience and ability to navigate multiple systems
