Finance Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Own the accounts receivable process and serve as the main contact for payroll and repayments for designated customer accounts Reconcile payments from employers with corresponding invoices and coordinate timely adjustments Investigate payment discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve processes and decrease loss for employer accounts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1-2 years in a customer-facing role with a dedicated set of customers Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis Experience in building customer relationships Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; startup and FinTech experience is a plus
