A company is looking for a Supervisor, Financial Aid to manage a team and ensure efficient financial aid processes for students. Key Responsibilities Manage daily activities of team members and assist in operational processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations and improve service quality Provide performance feedback, training, and maintain a high-quality work environment Required Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role Basic management knowledge including scheduling, coaching, and process execution At least six months of experience in a Financial Aid/Services role Good standing with the Department of Education with no loans in default Preferred: One year or more experience in a Financial Aid/Services role and supervisory experience
