First Party Large Loss Adjuster

A company is looking for a First Party UM/UIM Large Loss BI Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings May review cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and coordinates with Home Office Claim litigation as needed Required Qualifications Substantial experience as a claims adjuster, particularly with serious bodily injury claims Preferred litigation experience, especially in managing complex cases with high exposure limits Ability to grant settlement authority on highly complex claims exceeding MCO and RCO limits Experience in providing recommendations for trial requests on high exposure cases Familiarity with coverage issues and approval processes for disputed liability cases
